CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
DO WE DO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ?
Yes , orders above of 500$ inclusive of free shipping. Orders less than 500$ will be charged according to the location and international rates will apply.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. You can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
DOES ORNAMAAS SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact - firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
CAN I ADD ITEMS IN AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXHANGE AN ITEM?
Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 2 days to decide whether to keep your items. Simply request a returns authorization number from your ORNAMAAS account.
Please note, custom made or made to order products are neither returnable nor refundable. we must receive the merchandise within 2-3 days only from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you.
Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refund on any goods sold.
Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.
To return an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number 011-41030976 which remains open 10am-6pm IST on 5 DAYS (Monday to Friday).

An appointment is fixed with our jewellery curator Ms.Ojasvita Ajay Mahenddru where in each and every jewellery article you require is given customisation according to your taste and our expertise at our studio based in New Delhi .
