RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At ORNAMAAS, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and quality checked with care. As many of our creations are made in limited quantities and involve artisanal detailing, we request you to read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

We offer exchanges or store credit only under the following conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products purchased at full price may be eligible for exchange or store credit, subject to approval and stock availability.

To request an exchange, please email us at info@ornamaas.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the product
  • Reason for exchange
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage-related claims)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Bridal, occasionwear, or specially commissioned items
  • International orders
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear photographs
  • Order details

Once verified by our team, we may offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability)
  • Store credit
  • Repair assistance

Claims raised without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


REFUNDS

ORNAMAAS does not offer monetary refunds on products sold, except in cases where:

  • The product is unavailable after purchase
  • The order is cancelled by us
  • A verified defect cannot be replaced or resolved

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and COD charges are non-refundable.


EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Email us at info@ornamaas.com 
  2. Our team will review your request
  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared
  4. Once the item passes quality inspection, store credit or exchange will be initiated

ORNAMAAS reserves the right to decline exchanges if:

  • The product shows signs of use
  • Packaging/tags are missing
  • The return request falls outside the allowed timeline

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, stone placement, enamel work, or handcrafted detailing are natural characteristics of artisanal products and shall not be considered defects.
  • Products purchased through third-party platforms, exhibitions, pop-ups, or retail partners are subject to the respective seller’s policies.
  • ORNAMAAS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
